Georgie Porgie, Puddin' and Pie, Didn't like links and made them cry,
When the links came out to play, Georgie Porgie ran away
I'm trying to think of famous Jerry's in history. There is Tom'n'Jerry, the famous cartoon, and Jerry Lew Lewis the original rock'n'roller. There is also Jerry Seinfield the comedian and Jerry Springer the TV host-with-the-most.
So is this Jerry gonna join this hall of fame with his "dofollow" search engine?
There's only one way to find out and that is to use it.
To keep parity with all the other previous reviews of "dofollow" search engines we will use the same methodology.
We'll try it out with the four keywords: press release, link building, RSS directories and history websites.
They are just four of many keywords that I happen to be using recently, but I think they are pretty general nevertheless for everybody.
Scoring is based upon the top five results with one point per result given for a "dofollow" find and one point given if it is in the niche being searched for.
So lets put "press release" into the mix my little link love kids and oh dear, oh dear, oh dear the results are poor. All are about press releases but two of the top five are not even blogs and only one is "dofollow": Press Release – I’d Rather Have a Root Canal Than Write My Own.
6/10 for press release.
Can Jerry reverse our disappointment with "link building"? Well it ain't bad - all are about the subject of link building, but only two are "dofollow" and they are both from Community Spark blog.
It did pull up Link Building Made Easy - Too Easy? that although is nofollow is actually quite a good read with a lively discussion at the bottom - so check it out.
7/10 for link building.
Does Jerry shake, rattle and roll with "RSS directories"? I enter it into the search box and hit return.
Well it's okay - nothing to write home about but not bad. Free Blog Traffic is the only topical result that is "dofollow", the rest are about RSS directories but are nofollow - 5/10 for this keyword.
And lastly my children of the new cybernet electronic dawn we input history websites into Jerry's little engine.
Nothing topical is returned about this cobweb subject and no "dofollow" either.
Actually, what I'm pretty sure is that based on the results returned for Jerry's DoFollow Search Engine that nearly all of the blogs I've come across were once "dofollow". Now though it's like link love tumbleweed town at Jerry's.
Jerry strip out those nofollow cretins and bring in some new "dofollow" blogs!
